Exchanges
If a mistake has been made on your order you can Return it, and Exchange
it for the right product, however it must be received back within 10 days
of receipt of your order. Follow the directions below:
1. Enclose the copy of your invoice that came with the package.
2. Write a note telling the shipping department WHY IT IS BEING RETURNED.
3. Call or Email us so we may give you the address to return it. DO NOT send
it back to the ADDRESS on the BOX.
EXCHANGES
If the unwanted product is due to YOUR error in ordering incorrectly, you
will be charged shipping expenses for the exchange to be reshipped to you
plus $4.00 per item restocking fee. If the unwanted product was OUR error
in shipping the wrong product, you will receive a refund for your return
shipping expense plus FREE return shipping on the exchanged item(s).
Products that CAN NOT be returned for any reason are Marlboro's, Parliament,
Newports or Virginia Slims so you need to make sure you ordered the correct
flavor and style. If the shipping error was ours you can still return these
brands.
