RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • We will not tolerate bank account chargebacks and any customer attempting or threatening to do this will be immediately barred from making any future purchases on this website as well as having their bank account blacklisted among processors. If there is a problem we will always seek a solution resulting in either a refund or a reship in line with our structured reship and refund procedure. If given credit it must be used within 30 days of last order or it becomes void. If written a refund check it must be cashed within 30 days of receipt or it is void. If you are written a refund check and claim you never received it you must pay the $30.00 cancel check fee before a new refund check can be written and mailed to you.

1. Do you accept military addresses for shipping (FPO, APO)?

  • Unfortunately no. We do not accept military addresses for shipping due to little chance of successful delivery. We had many cases when parcel with such destination address were lost.

2. What if I am not satisfied with your product or service?

  • All sales are final. No Canceling of orders.

Exchanges

If a mistake has been made on your order you can Return it, and Exchange it for the right product, however it must be received back within 10 days of receipt of your order. Follow the directions below:

1. Enclose the copy of your invoice that came with the package.

2. Write a note telling the shipping department WHY IT IS BEING RETURNED.

3. Call or Email us so we may give you the address to return it. DO NOT send it back to the ADDRESS on the BOX.

  • The shipping department must first receive the returned product before it can be exchanged.

EXCHANGES

If the unwanted product is due to YOUR error in ordering incorrectly, you will be charged shipping expenses for the exchange to be reshipped to you plus $4.00 per item restocking fee. If the unwanted product was OUR error in shipping the wrong product, you will receive a refund for your return shipping expense plus FREE return shipping on the exchanged item(s).

Products that CAN NOT be returned for any reason are Marlboro's, Parliament, Newports or Virginia Slims so you need to make sure you ordered the correct flavor and style. If the shipping error was ours you can still return these brands.
