ORDERING INFORMATION

Orders can be placed on our website 24 hours a day (365 days a year) or by calling our toll free order line at 877-973-3662 during our department hours for all customers. All call in orders must order 3 items or more.

NEW CUSTOMERS: MUST EMAIL US A COPY OF YOUR VOID CHECK BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER

Internet Check Orders: By placing an order on this website means you agree that you are 21 years of age or older. When entering your order you must give correct phone number, email address, ID information, bank information and date of birth. Once your order has been entered someone in our office will call you to verify all of your information is correct before we charge your bank account. We hold all new customers for 7 BUSINESS days before shipping your order to make sure you check clears our bank account. Once your check clears we send your order to the shipper. Your package will be delivered to you within 5-8 business days from the day after your order gets to the shipper. Or you can call and place your order by phone during office hours at 877-973-3662.
Return Check fee $25.00. Any stop payment of checks once the order is placed with us or NSF check there will be an additional $50.00 fee and immediately turned over to your district attorney for fraud and theft.

Bill Pay Orders: All Bill Pay orders must be done on our shopping cart. Whether you are a new customer or a reordering customer. Follow the instructions on the Bill Pay page. If you are ordering over $600.00 worth of product or more you must pay with Bill Pay method. Delivery is a little faster with Bill Pay because your bank mails us your funds. Once we receive your payment your order will be delivered within 5-8 business days.

Postal Money Orders: All Postal Money Order orders must placed on the shopping cart. You must send picture ID with each Postal Money Order order to insure cigarettes are not being mailed to minors. If you are new or reordering it makes no difference all Postal Money Orders orders are delivered within 10 business days from the day after we receive your payment.

Reordering Customers: Please place your orders as normal and delivery is within 7-10 business days from the day after you entered your order. Phone orders must be 3 items or more.
