1. How may I determine when my order will arrive?

  • For those of you that have email you can contact us after 10 business days if you have not received your order Click Here and sending us a email and we will be happy to track your order for you. All orders are delivered within 5-10 business days from the day after you place your order unless your product is on back order. If you call in your order by phone and you give us your email address you also may send us a email to get your tracking number anytime after 10 business days.

  • You may call your local Post Office or go to USPS.COM for status using the Tracking Number you receive from us.

2. How are orders shipped?

  • All orders are shipped via Priority Mail the price of that shipping depends on the number of items you ordered and which state we are shipping to. Delivery time is between 5-10 business days unless you are a new customer that used a check on your first order then it can take up to 15 business days to receive your first order.

3. What is the $3.50 insurance for?

  • The $3.50 insurance covers the product in the box. If something happens and the product is damaged during transit then we will replace the damaged product free of charge to you. You must ship back damaged product before new product can be shipped out. This insurance does not cover lost or stolen product.

4. What is the restocking fee?

  • The restocking fee is $4.00 per item. If for any reason you return product you are charged the restocking fee. No returns on Marlboro's, Newport, Parliament or Virginia Slims.

5. What are your hours of operation? The call center is open Monday-Friday.

6. How can I pay for my Order?

  • You may use Bill Pay, Web-Check or Postal Money Order. All first time orders are held until the first check clears the bank which is in within 5-7 days then your order will be shipped. Or just call us for mailing instructions. All Postal Money order customers must send ID in with each order.

  • After you used a check on your first order, your order is held for 5-7 business days until your first check clears our bank, you may then come back and order up to 600 dollars worth of product each order there after with no holding of your order.

7. May I have my order sent to a different location other than my billing address?

  • All orders must be shipped to the billing address on your Bank Account and must match the address on your ID on your first order!

  • On your second order you may change the address.

8. How do I determine tobacco prices?

  • On the left hand side tool bar you will find all the products by name for example, Cigarettes, Chewing Tobacco and so on. Just click on what you want and look for your price and style.

9. What are Fire Safe Cigarettes? (FSC CIGARETTES)

  • A fire safe cigarette has a reduced propensity to burn when left unattended. The most common fire safe paper technology used by cigarette manufacturers is to wrap cigarettes with two or three thin bands of less-porous paper that act as "speed bumps" to slow down a burning cigarette. If a fire-safe cigarette is left unattended, the burning tobacco will reach one of these speed bumps and self-extinguish. These added chemicals are harmful for your lungs and throat.

10. Is ordering cigarettes through the Internet legal?

  • Federal legislation permits the purchase and interstate shipment of cigarette products for personal consumption in all 50 states.

  • You must be of legal age and possess a valid drivers license or state ID to purchase cigarettes.

  • This site will not sell cigarettes to minors if you are a minor GET OUT NOW.

  • All customers are required to certify that they are of legal age to buy tobacco products.

  • This smoke shop reserves the right to cancel any sale based at our sole discretion  or if we believe the customer is purchasing cigarettes on behalf of a minor or for resale purposes.

  • Cigarettes purchased from this Smoke Shop are for personal use only, and not for resale.

Privacy Policy and Tax Reporting:

The Jenkins Act requires cigarette vendors to report their sales to the appropriate state tax authorities. However, that the Jenkins Act was passed more than 50 years ago. Long before the advent of electronic, communications, and e-commerce.

Since that time the federal government and several states have passed legislation specifically relating to electronic communications. The Privacy Act of 1974 and the Electronics Communications act of 1986 are examples of this type of legislation. At this very moment Congress is debating additional legislation to protect your privacy in electronic commerce.

To this end we believe there is ample justification to state the following policy: This Smoke Shop will not divulge your information to any third party with out either your express consent or as directed by the lawful warrant from a court law with proper jurisdiction.

It is the responsibility of the customer to comply with any laws regarding the purchase and use of any cigarettes in their State. In order to determine the applicable limits on purchases or taxing responsibilities, if any, imposed by your particular state, you may want to contact your state authorities and/or read the Jenkins Act.

8. How do you determine the shipping cost?

9. Does this Smoke Shop accept coupons?

  • We are sorry, but at this time we do not accept coupons.

10. Can I sell cigarettes that I purchase from this Smoke Shop?

  • Cigarettes purchased from this Smoke Shop is for personal use only and not for resale. See legal.

11. Does this Smoke Shop use the data related to customers (mail address, e-mail address, etc.) for advertising campaigns or other promotional activities?

  • No. The information you provide for us is confidential.

12. Does this Smoke Shop take orders from persons outside of the United States?

  • This Smoke Shop takes order for persons in United States only.

13. Is your shopping cart secure? Is my banking information protected while transmitted online?

  • This Smoke Shop is committed to your security and confidentiality. When you place your order online with us, your order is protected by up to 128 bit encryption. We guarantee your security!

14. Why can't I get my order to change when I increase my quantity of cigarettes in my shopping cart?

  • You must click on "View Cart" then change your Quantity then click the "UpDate Button". If you wish to Remove items simply click on "View Cart" and click on the "Remove Button" for any product you do not want.

15. When I forget my password for your online store. What should I do?

  • Put in your login and put a mark in "Please Email me my Password: then click the "Login button" and it will email you your password. Or you may call email us and we will tell you what it is.

  • If you did not put your correct email address when you created your account it will not email you your password.

  • What if I ask it to send me my password but it does not show up in my email account? We suggest that you please check your email account's Junk or Spam folders for the email.

  • If this solution does not work, please call us at 877-973-3662 so that we may place an order for you on the phone or give you your password.

16. Why do I see an extra $3.50 charge on my order? What is it for?

  • As a result of numerous Priority Mail packages being reported damaged during transit we charge $3.50 for insurance so if the product is damaged, we will replace any damaged product. This Smoke Shop charges all packages $3.50 to insure non damaged product. The insurance does not cover lost or stolen product.

17. How do I contact your company?

18. How do I mail my order in if I wish to order by Postal Money Order?

  • Click on Mail In Orders button on the left hand side tool bar.

19. What do I do if I have problems with my order?
